Liability Waivers
Everyone — children and adults — must complete and sign a waiver before being allowed onto the FunSplash.
After purchasing tickets, the purchaser will receive an email containing a unique waiver link for each ticket holder. Please ensure each waiver is completed before arriving at the park.
Once an individual waiver has been completed, that ticket holder will receive their check-in barcode via email, which must be presented upon arrival for entry.
Completing waivers in advance will help speed up the check-in process and get you into the water faster!
Who are you signing the waiver for?
- Please choose “Adults With Minors” to fill out the liability waiver for yourself and/or your children.
- Please choose “Adults Only” to fill out the liability waiver for yourself if you are over 18 and attending without any minors.
Anyone under the age of 18 years old must have a liability waiver completed and signed by their parent or legal guardian.Â
Print and Bring the Waiver
Alternately, you can print and complete the waiver with a pen and bring it with you to the water park. Note that there must be a separate waiver document for everyone in your group.
